Waking up can be hard for little people. Easing into the day with a story is a lovely way to rest the body while engaging the mind. We ask Google to " please tell us a story" and generally amused by the story to come. Of this story in particular, my three year old said, "I listen to the story, the whole story, and I liked the story.. It was silly about food." As a family we cook together and use a variety of fruits and vegetables. My kiddo laughed aloud at "french fried watermelon."

An awesome story on repetitive tasks and how mixing it up with informed direction, supervision, respect had made an outstanding and well balanced chef. Great analogy. Theres more to life than just spuds, but maybe its just a skill that market forces demand in a potato driven demand/supply economy. I was left wondering; what was the scale of the potato market he was supplying? This was a fantastic listen. Great story. Really good for kids who will only eat one thing 🧐💕

Though short, the story was entertaining! The voice actress did a fantastic job in reading the tale with such energy that you wouldn't mind listening to a story all about potatoes. This is was a treat.
