As I travel around the world presenting Ho'oponopono, I realize we all have the same questions and concerns. And I know that some of the information out there isn't very clear and is creating some confusion.

I also know that the only way we are going to unlearn everything we have learned, and deprogram everything we have been programmed, is by listening and re-listening; reading and re-reading. In my own experience, my intellect needed to understand a little bit to be willing to let go.

As you already know, I love questions because it gives me the opportunity to come from inspiration. So I've decided to put together some answers to those questions that have been asked often during Ho'oponopono trainings all over the world.
