I'm so thankful an old acquaintance told me to read How To Walk Away when I was on my depressive episode, or else I wouldn't have known one of my favorite book couple Helen & Jake. Honestly the age-gap was hard to warm up at first. But it was easy when I imagined my characters, Israel Broussard & Callan McAuliffe (Flipped) as Jake & Duncan then Jessica Rothe (Happy Death Day) as Helen Haha. Thank you so much for this short story. I miss this couple a lot & was pretty ecstatic when I read them on Duncan's Book in What You Wish For. This Short Story is what I needed after reading Happiness For Beginners! Finally got the Prologue & Epilogue that I very much wanted. ❤️ Anyhow, Katherine Center will always be my All Time Favorite Author. I'm excited & patiently waiting for the release of her upcoming novel!

This is the story that will make you fall in love with Jake if you didn't already when you read Happiness for Beginners - you HAVE read it, right? Oh, you haven't? Well then what are you waiting for?! Go on, do it! And then go read the rest of Katherine Center's books, which is what I'm about to do right now.
