After receiving an unexpected inheritance of jewelry, including a rare 'spoon ring', Zelah agrees to go to Cornwall to find out more about its history. She knows she may have to face discovering her own closely-guarded family history. M. K. Jones was born in South Wales and moved around the United Kingdom and Europe as student, teacher, holiday rep, and HR manager. Her passion for genealogy began when her mother researched her Irish immigrant family. She undertakes research projects for friends and family. She is a member of the Society of Genealogists.

Polly Lee is an award-winning actress best known for her roles on The Americans (FX) and Younger (Showtime). On stage, she has worked in NYC and across the country for almost twenty years. Lee has narrated over fifty nonfiction and young adult fiction books and has received many AudioFile Earphones Awards for her work.
