Lucy Scott It's always been comfort over fashion for me. But when my boss dangles a carrot in the shape of my very own column, I will do whatever she wants. Even if it means I have to swap my leggings and Uggs for a tight dress and stilettos. She asks me to do a makeover photoshoot for the magazine I work for. The night before the shoot, I am saved from an awkward situation by some hot businessman who takes pity on me. Pity. Not exactly the romantic meet-cute that one might hope for. Basically, my boss wants me to make a guy fall for me using tricks from the internet. What kind of guy deserves that? Then I think back to the shallow guy who only wanted to date me when I had hair extensions, several layers of makeup, and a revealing dress to show off the goods. Now, with the help of my sisters I'm on a mission to get Mr. Businessman to fall head over heels for me.

Originally from a small village near Bath, England, voice actor Charlie Albers is now based in the USA. She narrates audiobooks in a wide spectrum of genres, from cozy mystery, fantasy, and romance to psychological thriller and horror. She has also lent her voice to award-winning commercials, video games, and TV promos.

Brian Holden grew up in Traverse City, Michigan, went to college in Ann Arbor, and lived in Los Angeles just long enough to forever hate the winters in Chicago. In addition to running his theater company, StarKid Productions, he performs improv comedy.
