Roger Dykmans, a university student, is living with his brother Hans, an international emissary who's secretly working against the Nazis. She served as Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Army and as a Foreign Service Officer with the State Department. She presently lives near Philadelphia and teaches at Rutgers School of Law.
