Outdoor enthusiast Clay Miller has just purchased his off-the-grid dream. The wooded acreage in Michigan's Upper Peninsula was an amazing deal. Almost too good to be true, the land includes a cottage filled with the previous owner's antique possessions. When Clay finds a mysterious journal he begins to read a remarkable story. Imagine his surprise when he realizes the previous owner is a vampire! Suddenly, Clay realizes how isolated he really is. Suddenly, off-the-grid doesn't seem so safe!
