E'lo and his people move from one subterranean oasis to another across an endless sea of sand. Always on the lookout.

Their hopes rested on Jim. A magical plant that can adapt to changes in its environment in a matter of hours. E'lo himself carries a colony on his back. It is the only source of water and food for his people.

E'lo is an explorer. Expendable. He roams in front of the caravan, looking for new sources of biomass for Jim to adapt to. Every member of his colony is at risk of cutting off E'lo's supply.

But hope springs eternal. Somewhere in this uncharted ocean, they may find the key to saving the world.
