I didn't read this book. Instead I bought the audio book which is read to you by Marc Thompson. The books picks up the story of Thrawn in the last construction phase of operation Stardust. There are a lot characters from Rogue One, and the Star Wars universe, that make an appearance in this book. It is great to see the enigmatic Grand Admiral whose cunning strategies and unwavering loyalty to the Empire have such a large back story in the Star Wars universe.
