When the news of an impending extinction level meteor impact is made public, humanity struggles to find some way to survive. Violet journals her life in a notebook in the form of letters to her grandmother. They start out sarcastic and funny, as she shares entertaining and exaggerated tales of her teenage life. But when Violet finds out about the meteor, everything changes. Suddenly she is thrust into a grown up world and her survival isn't guaranteed. The pages of her journal are a journey. They detail the frightening and heartbreaking global catastrophe as it unfolds before her eyes.

Jacqueline Druga is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a prolific writer and filmmaker. Her published works include genres of all types but favors post-apocalypse and apocalypse writing. She resides in a small town outside of Pittsburgh with her family.

Annalyse McCoy is a New York-based actor, voice artist, award-winning songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. With roots in eastern Kentucky, great storytelling is at the root of all of her work. She has performed at regional theaters across the country and has appeared in various films and commercials.
