Real Estate Investing

I didn't enjoy this book. It only provides an extremely high-level depiction of what to do when getting started. Most of the points are common sense and are repeated over and over again to 'fill' the pages with material. I didn't feel like I learned anything from this book, nor did I take away any actionable items or next steps for myself. Well, that last statement isn't entirely true; My next action after reading this book was to buy a better book.

I love this book. There's a lot of things that I learned upon reading it. I don't have much of a clue when it comes to real estate investing until I have read this one. After reading this I have come into consideration investing in the Real Estate World, be it a long-term or short-term. I will also recommend the idea to some of my colleagues and relatives to do the same. It comes to my imagination that as soon as I start my investment in the Real Estate I could have a better future ahead of me when it comes to financial security. I can't be wasting my time procrastinating and without further ado, I would start my investment as soon as possible. I would just have to prepare all the necessary things to get started investing in the Real Estate world. I'm pretty sure this could change my life for the better. I don't see any negative outcomes when it comes to this investment. If there are any, it could only be minimal. One this is for sure is that in due time as soon as you start your investment, you will have the reap of your harvest in the years to come.

This is the book for the people who invest and earn money. and the steps followed should make them a millionaire. It requires a step by step procedure and Good knowledge to make profits.. The content is well explained in this book. Though it contains drawbacks.. The book is good.. So I recommend everyone to have a glance on this book.
