Sudha Bhuchar's cross continental upbringing in Africa, India and UK has deeply shaped her career as a multilingual actor & writer. Her acclaimed screen credits include Amazon Prime's Expats, BBC's Rules of the Game,Disney's Mary Poppins Returns &, Riz Ahmed and Bassam Tariq's Mogul Mowgli. Theatre credits include Khandan (Royal Court), Lions and Tigers (Globe theatre) and The Village (Theatre Royal Stratford East). Sudha is a highly experienced audio actor/narrator with numerous Radio 4 credits including Behind the Beautiful Forevers (Book at Bedtime) and My Son the Doctor, for which she was a finalist in the Audio Drama Awards. Narration includes her solo theatre show, Evening Conversations, which was launched on Audible for International Women's Day 2023 to five star ratings. Sudha's upcoming appearance will be in Virdee, BBC 1's new crime drama series to be launched early 2025.
