But when they go to the kennels to choose a puppy, Micky doesn't pick the smallest, the cutest, or the quietest dog ... but for some strange reason is drawn to Wolfie – who turns out to be a werepuppy! Phyllida Nash has appeared on stage in the West End, New York and Toronto in roles as diverse as Portia in Julius Caesar and Christopher Robin in Winnie the Pooh. Her other performance credits include Emmerdale, Not Quite Cricket and Cottage to Let. Phyllida makes regular appearances on BBC Radio 4 in readings, drama, comedy and narration and has recorded over 100 audiobooks, winning an AudioFile Golden Earphones Award for her reading of Mrs Fytton's Country Life by Mavis Cheek.
