1939. War has broken out – hundreds of children are evacuated to the countryside to keep them safe from the bombs raining down on London. 作者简介

Lizzie Page is the pseudonym of Sam Lierens, and a mum of three. Sam has lived and worked in Paris, Tokyo and London and loves combining her love of history with fiction.

Jenny Victoria Funnell is a British actress best known for her role as Sandy in the British sitcom As Time Goes By (1992–2005). She began her career voice acting over the radio, winning the Carleton Hobbs BBC Radio Drama Award in 1984. Jenny has appeared in numerous television shows and web series such as Doctors, The Royal, Coming of Age and Level Up Norge, and has provided voices for many video games including Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2, Bloodborne and Dark Souls.
