About the author
Gil Troy is professor of history at McGill University and a visiting scholar at the Bipartisan Policy Center in Washington, DC. His writings have appeared in the Washington Post, Newsday, the New York Times Book Review, the National Post. He is the author of Morning in America and Leading from the Center.
