Nothing has changed more in the last few decades than our concept and perception of reality. The effects have manifested in our news, entertainment, and Google searches; we're finding that a lot of things we thought were objective aren't automatically so. Reality is not a concept we want to flush down the toilet with yesterday's food, though. However, we must begin to understand how it works in a world where profit is the driving force.

Haven't yet listened to the audiobook version but the actual book was good with some great points to be made.

Peter Coffin is more or less a cultural critic in a variety of mediums. The author of Custom Reality and You, he also produces the video series Very Important Documentaries and Many Peters, and Adversaries, a marketing criticism show.
Eric Jason Martin is a producer, director, and voice performer based in Los Angeles. He is the AudioFile Earphones and Audie Award-winning narrator of over 200 audiobooks, including works by Kurt Vonnegut, David Foster Wallace, Karin Slaughter, and Lee Child.
