Wow! what a book! I originally bought this book to help me with motivation to stop binge eating and I did not expect to cover every aspect of my life in one go! This book covers every segment- food, exercise, concentration, relationship/partner, work/business, friendship, success, confidence, forgiveness. I may forgot something, but it doesn't matter as the point is that this book is a must have. It thought me a lot (more then a 100!) of different affirmations and it's a steal! 5🤩
