About the author
Bruce McCarthy is the founder of Product Culture. He is President Emeritus of the Boston Product Management Association and a head judge at the annual Harvard Business School New Venture Competition. Bruce cowrote Product Roadmapping Relaunched.
Melissa Appel has twenty years of experience in product management, UX research, and product design, spanning a variety of industries and company sizes. She is currently associate director of product management at Wayfair, leading product for end-to-end fulfillment center processes and technology.
April Doty is a classically trained actress with a BFA in acting from Syracuse University. Born in Virginia, seasoned in London, and settled in Spain, April brings the sound of a rich and varied life experience to her narration. She works from her home studio on Spain's Costa del Sol.
