I've listened to a few books from this author and I enjoy everyone that he puts out. I have lost weight over 15 pounds in the past few months, most importantly my confidence it much higher mainly because I stopped being so hard on myself. I if you are looking for a combination of weight loss and feeling better in your own skin get its worth.
