When it comes to gaining size and lean muscle, I recommend focusing on four main exercises squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press, which aren't just for powerlifters, which actually there's science to back that up. A basic fitness program should target both strength and muscle-building. Somewhere between eight and 15 repetitions for two to four sets will help you accomplish both. Choose eight to 12 exercises, making sure to hit your lower and upper body, and your core. this is my opnion about this audiobook which I absolutley loved.
