This book is just amazing! I am such a big fan of the author and so happy that I heard this book. I believe it gives you practical and reasonable solutions to your problems that might seem as unsolvable. It remarkably acknowledges the unconscious mind's games and issues that are hard to define and articulate; and bring them up and explain them to you. It's like you will have many "Aha" moments with this book. Or there are times that you really know there is something wrong going on with you or situations but you don't know how to address it and explain it to others. This book definitely helps you with identifying them. You can for example show the chapter to your partner and say see that's our issue! see that is what I am talking about! that's how I feel when you do that and so on.. . This book gives you a new perspective on life. I personally enjoyed the *relationship chapter* most. If you are a person with a receptive mind and heart, this book is your mentor and life teacher.

I tried listening to this audiobook after getting hearong about it from someone that was reading it. After multiple attempts I gave up after a couple of hours because I just simply did not find it interesting.
