About this audiobook

There are 6 titles in this book, which are:

Title 1: What is the psychology behind body language?

What can we learn from what people aren’t saying?

These are common questions.

Title 2: Several situations are highlighted in which nonverbal communication and social cues can be extremely useful.

The first one is negotiations. Imagine if you could read all the signs of the person you are negotiating with. Could you get a better deal if you could read his or her mood? You bet. Do you think you could sense how far they are willing to go better? Sure. Body language is so important during negotiations because nobody typically puts all his or her cards on the table.

Title 3: This book focuses on three important aspects of body language: Leadership, reading hints, and making eye contact.

Title 4: Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a technique that many have used to change their lives. It has helped people enforce their positive beliefs and use affirmations to move forward and achieve better results.

Title 5: Many people have tested these programs and have had success. In this book, you will learn more about topics that can expand your horizon. Such topics include modeling, profiling, hypnosis, meditation, changing your inner beliefs, and a full comprehension of the terms involved in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Title 6: You will learn about having self-compassion, how to alter the perception of your sense, reframing your mind, how to choose the stories you tell yourself, timeline treatment, visual squash, value rules, and more interesting ideas that relate to NLP.

It's so great that my cat gave it 5 stars as well. The storyteller's voice was truly relaxing. Did I already mention that it sounded very professional? It did. Yes, and that's why I loved listening to it so much. It's an intriguing concept, the entire premise of this book. You don't normally see that in many other books. And that's the reason that it can use an individual like me to write a couple of positive aspects of it.
