It's about what you do, not who you are. Ever since the first edition of The Leadership Challenge in 1987, Kouzes and Posner have said that "leadership is everyone's business." About the author
Barry Z. Posner is an Endowed Professor of Leadership and chair of the Management & Entrepreneurship Department, Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University. An accomplished scholar, he facilitates leadership workshops and seminars worldwide.
James M. Kouzes is a fellow of the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University and lectures on leadership around the world to corporations, governments, and nonprofits.
Sean Pratt, a working actor for over twenty-five years, has performed at numerous regional theaters around the country. He is the author of To Be or Wanna Be, and he has recorded over seven hundred books in just about every genre, earning eight AudioFile Earphones Awards and four Audie Award nominations.
