Through my role as a certified labor assistant professional serving unions across North America, I've witnessed how specialized care can make a profound difference in workers' lives. My experience as a mentor with the Mentoring Men's Movement, coupled with my position as volunteer coordinator for the alcohol and drug Department of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union Local 10, has given me unique insights into the power of community-based health initiatives.
