As a 33 years old woman who was just recently diagnosed with ADHD this book was right on time! I related to many of the example stories a little too well. But I loved that about the book. I'm in a step of coming to terms with and learning about my recent diagnosis and I feel this book really helped me with that process. I would recommend this book also to people who may not have ADHD but that have a hard time with or are looking for tips on organization . Love and thanks

A comprehensive contribution to the discussion of ADHD with role models who rose above their limitations and descriptive diagnostic and action plans for various character traits. Very useful for parents who have gone through the travail of ADHD with their children who are now ADHD adults.
