Ch. 14 consists of only first 16 min. Audio content of Ch. 13 after first 8 min is missing and substituted by the last part of Ch. 14. Edit: The last part of Ch. 14 was inserted between ~7:12 min of Ch. 13 and 30:11 min of Ch. 13 So if you want to listen to Ch. 13 after 7 min, you should go 30 min of Ch 13. Then, back to 7 min of Ch 13, after listening to the first 16 min of Ch. 14.

About the author
Stieg Larsson was the Editor-in-Chief of the magazine Expo. He was a leading expert on anti-democratic, right-wing extremist organisations. He died in 2004, soon after delivering the text of the novels that make up the Millennium Trilogy.
