About this audiobook

This book consists of two titles, which are the following:

Book 1: This book covers a variety of topics, all interrelated and all somehow connected to our ability to concentrate on the most important tasks we have. Many people suffer from being distracted, from going from one thing to another, and never getting much done. Today, we tackle those problems with some inspiring insights.

First, we’ll talk about how to improve your concentration skills and memory. This lies at the heart of the book.

Next, we will go over the significant challenges that many people face when they are working from home. This has become more common these days, and therefore, it seemed like a crucial topic to include in this book.

After this, we will touch on what has been referred to as the “four major motivations.” These are the things that keep us going, the factors that keep us on our toes. A lack of these elements can destroy our progress, so it’s important to know what they are and how to use them.

Book 2: Is being able to focus really that important to your happiness?

Yes, it is. And in this book, I will explain more of the reasoning behind this. You will also learn more about different methods to improve your focus, practical techniques to prioritize better and quicker, and how to avoid diversions that will keep you from making your dreams a reality.

Additionally, the book points out the destructive habit of perfectionism, and how to balance between being thorough and being too picky about your production hours.

Many of these issues are a daily struggle for people who try to achieve more in their lives. Don’t let this be you. Learn what to do about it now!

I recommend this audio book for different reasons. I did not stop listening till completion. That's just how much I loved it. I was glad to hear the correct articulation of all the words by a proficient audiobook narrator. I literally didn't see something bad about this book. If I am wrong, then let me know about that. However, I found it to be nearly perfect, and that's what made a difference to me.
