About this audiobook

A simple canoe trip. A deadly eco-warrior. Will our psychic sleuth be up a creek without a paddle?

Mitzy Moon is a dry land kinda gal. Never in her life has she wanted to take an extended adventure in a tippy canoe. But when her newly engaged cousin calls for help, she’ll have to put her faith in a snippy rival or risk losing everyone...

With a militant environmentalist stalking the bride-to-be and her maids on a camping trip, Mitzy is stuck with only mean-girl Deputy Paulsen as backup. After last-minute advice from Ghost-ma and her feisty feline, she heads deep into the wilderness to find the missing girls—with nothing but a tent and a flimsy plan.

Will Mitzy chance spilling her secrets, or turn turtle and transform the pending nuptials into a funeral?

Blades and Bridesmaids is the nineteenth book in the hilarious Mitzy Moon Mysteries paranormal cozy mystery series. If you like snarky heroines, supernatural intrigue, and a dash of romance, then you’ll love Trixie Silvertale’s cunning conundrum.

Intense! So many things are happening in this book that it felt like reading two different short stories. The events of the mystery are really good considering that we finally had some depth added to Paulsen and the personal events between Mitzy and Eric are heartwarming. It's like reading a mystery followed by a romance novella. The narration is a skilfully voiced rollercoaster of emotions that truly brings to life every situation. Highly recommended!!

Wow! With Erick out of town Mitzy has to work with Deputy Paulsen to find her cousin and her bridal party. Mitzy’s learns more about Paulsen’s life outside of the police force and starts to see her skills as police officer. Is this the beginning of a truce with Paulsen? When Erick returns it is time for Mitzy to come clean about her psychic abilities she’s been hiding. Will Erick be able to accept Mitzy for who she is? I loved this book.
