I found this book “by accident” the same month I found out I was going to be a dad and picked it up. There's not much in here you can't necessarily cobble together from the internet, but I like that it gives you actionable things to do each trimester (and, tellingly of how lacking I will be as a dad, I didn't do most of them; however, it was at least nice to have something written out for you that you could be doing if you had yourself together). I look forward to reading more of Tyler’s work.

A humorous and informative guide for new fathers. It was especially nice to have the quick access week-specific milestones and information on both mother and child. A little stronger as encouragement than comprehensive information. I appreciated the inclusion of "Holòding Down The Fort” (basically the fourth trimester), but this was definitely much lighter on info. Perhaps among Tyler's upcoming projects is a NEw Baby Handbook.
