5 chapters in and Bella is infuriating, it is really hard to want to push through when my favourite logical girl is being narrow minded. Her intention is okay (all be it selfish at the core) but she also is not listening. It is clear that her need for full acceptance is drawn from her childhood. Her mum never accepted or validated her pacifism and the feelings of abandonment by her father culminated in her being a loner, book worm that prefers solitude. Now she has a taste of acceptance and validation which has turned her into an addict. She is just starving for acceptance but she is gonna hurt him. If I continue this book I will add an update but I'm put off for the time being.

Um whoever wrote this book did not read the others. Inconsistent events and known truths. And what about the amulet?
