Great book for a quick introduction and immediate dive into the technique. Moreland's book gives you the opportunity to apply the technique as you're reading. He gives EFT a chance to be used/enjoyed by the reader rather than front loading with background information and risking the reader's loss of interest. Intentional or not, his book set the stage for me wanting a more in depth look at the science behind EFT.

So far, this is a simple, informative and straight to it book. It's short but I'm grateful it's an easy read. Makes sense to my adhd brain! Recommend if your looking for a simple guide.

I had heard of EFT tapping and I was interested in learning more and this book was a great teacher! EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique tapping is a version of acupressure to help relieve emotional issues. This book discusses the history of EFT as well as the differences and similarities of it to acupuncture. There is extremely informative instructions on how to follow the steps of EFT Tapping, as well as variations for different purposes. This book is informative enough that you could easily use
