The Break

I found this book a bit hard to get into, but after a few false starts, I put my head down and let myself get absorbed in the story. I struggled to relate to Amy's quite passive approach and point of view, so when she finally started making selfish decisions, I wanted to whoop and cheer. Aoife McMahon really did justice to the story, bringing all of the characters to life beautifully.
