被後人譽為「南北朝時期第一流軍事謀略家」的崔浩（450年），就生活在這個群雄爭霸的時代，崔浩足智多謀，能言善辯，在北魏道武帝拓跋珪、明元帝拓跋嗣、太武帝拓跋燾期間，歷任著作郎、博士祭酒、相州刺吏、太常卿、侍中、輔國大將軍、司徒等職，是南北朝時期最傑出的一位軍事謀略家，《魏書》的作者魏收盛讚崔浩「政治和軍事上的謀略策劃，在當時沒有第二個人比得上他。」
