卡夫（杜文賢，1960- ）說：「生命不過是一首詩的長度。」
但詩篇不僅有敘述長度，更有接收長度。
同一首詩，會在讀者心中持續產生意義：少年聽到的雨聲，就不同壯年客舟的雨聲，更不同那「一任階前、點滴到天明」的雨聲。
耳朵不閉上，一首詩的接收長度便是無限的。

余境熹用「誤讀」來解構卡夫的詩作，從古今中外各個面向分析，帶來多元豐富又有趣的新觀點，也藉此向卡夫致敬！
