黃惟馨，美國俄亥俄大學劇場藝術碩士，現任中國文化大學戲劇學系專任副教授，主授「導演」與「戲劇製作」課程。近年來劇場導演之作品包括《稍安勿躁》(2010)、《娜拉離開丈夫以後》(2009)、《捕鼠器》(2008)、《愛神A-Go-Go》(2007)、《貴婦怨》(2006)、《愛情與偶然狂想曲》(2005)等十餘齣；文字作品計有《盲中有錯停電症候群－導演的創作解析》《輪舞－劇本與演出》《再現李爾－一次演出的導演功課》《劇場實務提綱》《從「老婦還鄉」到「貴婦怨」－導演的文本解析與創作詮釋》等書。
