About the author
倪匡，一九三五年出生於上海，一九五七年移居至香港。來港初期在工廠當雜工，晚上進修，後來開始投稿，曾任校對、助理編輯、記者和專欄作家。他的寫作範圍甚廣，高峰時期曾一日寫下二萬字，曾寫作怪異小說及武俠小說，一九六二年開始用筆名「衛斯理」寫科幻小說，經典作品包括《衛斯理》系列、《原振俠》系列、《人頭戀+10》及《呼倫池的微波》等。此外，倪匡也創作了逾三百個電影劇本。倪匡性格豪爽，不拘小節，愛飲愛食，深信每樣事物均有配額，年輕時盡情享受生活，後來煙酒逐一戒掉，依然逍遙自在，樂活人生。早年移居美國，二○○五年重臨香江，其後《吾寫又寫》散文系列再度掀起倪匡熱潮。七十五歲宣布封筆，但新知舊友不絕，是為香港文壇第一把交椅。
