À propos de cet ebook

30 YEARS LAGG-BBTA3

BBTA3 (National Laboratory for Aerodynamics, Aeroelastics, and Aeroacoustics Technology)— Formerly known as LAGG (Laboratorium Aero Gasdinamika dan Getaran or Aero Gas-dynamics and Vibration Laboratory)—was inaugurated in 1989 to realize the vision of independence Indonesian in acquiring aerospace technology.

For more than 30 years, LAGG/BBTA3 keep making significant contributions to Indonesian aerospace technology development through wind tunnel aerodynamic testing. ILST (Indonesian Low-Speed Tunnel), as one of BBTA3’s primary facilities, has conducted numerous aerodynamic tests for various aircraft models, belong to either domestic and international customers. The models included CN235, N250, N2130, and N219 for PT DI or IAe; PUNA (UAV-Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) for BPPT; AN140’s modification for HESA-Iran; MNX for Malaysia; ANKA and YFYK for Turkish Aerospace; R-80 for PT RAI; and IFX/KFX—a Joint Fighter Development between the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of South Korea. Some of those models have already been developed as products and available in the market now (e.g., CN 235, Turkish ANKA, and YFYK), whereas others are still in the development or certification process (e.g., N219, R80, and BPPT's UAV.)

Currently, ILST is conducting wind tunnel tests for aircraft models and numerous longspan bridges, high-rise buildings, sports stadiums, MRT stations, and other wind engineering models. Various transportation models were also tested, such as high-speed trains or fast boats.

Led by experienced engineers and experts, all laboratories and workshops within BBTA are always ready contributing to Indonesia's Aerospace technology excellence with the cutting edge systems and proven testing methodology.
