This book gathers original research papers presented at the 4th International Conference on Computational Mathematics and Engineering Sciences, held at Akdeniz University, Antalya, Turkey, on 20–22 April 2019. Focusing on computational methods in science, mathematical tools applied to engineering, mathematical modeling and new aspects of analysis, the book discusses the applications of mathematical modelling in areas such as health science, engineering, computer science, social science, and economics. It also describes a wide variety of analytical, computational, and numerical methods.
The conference aimed to foster cooperation between students and researchers in the areas of computational mathematics and engineering sciences, and provide a platform for them to share significant research ideas. Dr. Zakia Hammouch received her M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Picardie Jules Verne, France. She received habilitation degree from Moulay Ismail University, Morocco in 2015. She is currently Associate Professor at Faculty of Sciences and Techniques University of Moulay Ismail, Morocco. She has published over 60 items as journal papers and chapters in books. She is editorial member of more than 10 international journals, a reviewer of 35 international journals of mathematics and mechanical engineering and a member of scientific committee of more than 20 international conferences. Her research interests include computational mathematics, biomathematics, nonlinear dynamics, fractional calculus, chaos theory, control and synchronization, fluid dynamics, heat and mass transfer, and soliton theory.
Dr. Hasan Bulut is currently Full Professor of mathematics in Firat University. He has published more than 200 articles journals. His research interests include stochastic differential equations, fluid and heat mechanics, finite element method, analytical methods for nonlinear differential equations, mathematical physics, numerical solutions of the partial differential equations and computer programming.
Dr. Haci Mehmet Baskonus is currently an Associate Professor in Harran University. He has published more than 140 articles in various reputed and leading journals including in SCI and SCI-E indexed journals. His research interests include ordinary and partial differential equations, analytical methods for linear and nonlinear differential equations, mathematical physics, numerical solutions of the partial differential equations, fractional differential equations and computer programming using Mathematica, Pascal and Maple.
