Meh. I didn't really care for it all that much. Werewolves, sex and jealousy that I just didn't think came together all that well. While not expecting a great deal of depth in a short story, this could have benefited from an extra couple of pages in order to grant some depth to the characters and story. I didn't care for any of the characters. Ava didn't seem particularly good at her job and the back story of how she got it didn't make sense. Julian seemed much to overbearing and controlling (as in she's my property type of thing). Once again, like A Blood Seduction there was more sex than what I normally read. This story was not for me. The eBook was formatted well with no obvious errors

The writing and character design/development is lazy. Perhaps, instead of writing 80+ stories, the author should focus on being exceptionally creative on just one. It seems the stress of looming deadlines for multiple works has driven her into a very uncreative corner. I'm now convinced the one exceptionally good book I've read by this author was a one-off. If you read to pass time, this book is fine. But if you read to really get into the creativity of the story, keep looking. It's not here.

It's hard to really describe how I feel about this book. As per usual, it is anything but an original idea for the storyline. With that being said, it was still a relatively good short story. Although I cannot say I loved it, I did like it. (Side Note: As always I noticed a few gramatical errors, and such. Nothing too atrocious.)
