I loved this book. Desiree not only expresses her story, but walks us through the world of an autistic child. I recommend this book.

About the author

Desiree Taylor, born and raised in Gary, Indiana attended Horace Mann High School and the Gary Area Career Center. She is an avid listener of music, writes poetry, and loves to draw. As a former client of Sojourner Truth House, she proudly supports the program as a facilitator sharing her story and triumph of overcoming her obstacles and helping other homeless women and their families.
