About this eBook

Two festive romances set in the glamorous Gilded Age

Two short romances

Celebrate a Gilded Age Christmas!

In Amanda McCabe’s A Convenient Winter Wedding: marrying Connor O’Neill is about survival for penniless heiress May Van Der Berg. The distant self-made millionaire is far from the passionate husband she’d once dreamed of…except for that scorching kiss! In Lauri Robinson’s The Railroad Baron's Mistletoe Bride: after years of estrangement, romance blooms when Kurt invites store clerk Harper and their shared niece to spend Christmas at his mansion. But are they just a family for the holidays?

From Harlequin Historical: Your romantic escape to the past.

Two sets of books with wonderful characters that try to maneuver the path of romance. The holidays always add an unexpected twist and these two stories are no exception. Interesting interaction in banter with the characters and there is plenty of drama on the road to romance. Good read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Very lovely love stories. I enjoy the first more than the second but good stories overall. The Christmas vibes are definitely there and quite lovely to read with each couple. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

These heartwarming, low-angst stories will make you smile with holiday cheer. The snowy, Gilded Age settings felt like a Christmas card. Thanks, Booksprout, for the ARC I received. This is my honest and voluntary review.
