A Sheikh of Her Own

Torn! I loved this book and for me it is the best in the series with regard to the characters and plot, however for the first time ever there were a number of typos, errors and missing words - I have never known this in one of Barbara's books before and I am afraid it spoilt the flow for me a little bit. If these were corrected it would be 5 stars, complete with bells and whistles! I instantly fell for both Rashid and Bridget and for me their dancing around the lust, their lack of confidence in themselves and the pure love and patience they both show Mo was endearing. Each page had you falling for them more and hoping they find the confidence to open their hearts to each other and a future together. I was sent a copy of this book for an honest review.

Wonderful story! The story pulled me in from the beginning to the end. I love, love this series. A Sheikh of Her Own by Barbara McMahon is book number three in the Ultimate Billionaires series. This is Bridget Rossi and Sheikh Rashid al Halzid's story. Bridget is dealing with the loss of her father and receives an invitation to visit at Rashid's Mediterranean estate. Rashid had other guest partying at his house. Bridget was a breath of fresh air with the kindness that she showed to Rashid's family. Rashid is attracted to Bridget but is her kindness for real or is it a way to trick him? Bridget is attracted to Rashid but really what would a Sheikh want with a librarian from San Francisco? If you are looking for sweet and entertaining stories, you will absolutely love this series! A great story to escape from everyday life. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Bridget is having a tough time with losing her father she has come to Italy to his funeral where her cousin introduces her to Rashid. He seeing how upset she is invites her to come to his home for a few weeks with her cousin. Here is where the story really comes to life. Bridget is just a down home sweet woman who everybody loves. Rashid is everyone woman dream and he has had his share of women none are what he is looking for. As he gets to know Bridget he has a hard time believing she is as she seems. There is no way she can be for real. What takes place next just gives you a wonderful good feeling with love and passion. What a very well written story and a great addition to the series. The first books were wonderful and this is no different. This is one author that knows how to deliver a well put together book with a wonderful plot that grabs you from the first page. Rashid does have a son by a past marriage I really liked how the author worked this in to the story with Bridget getting to know his family. It doesn’t take her long to get the whole family loving her. The question is will Rashid open his eyes before it is too late before she goes back home. I loved the characters with Bridget being my favorite. She has so much class and is very refreshing when put side by side with the other ladies around her. What a wonderful escape from reality with characters you can relate to. It is really a wonderful emotional read that really pulls on your heartstrings. There was not one emotion I didn’t feel why reading this story. You get sad, you laugh and get excited, smile and just about cry at times. If you need an escape with a wonderful story that hooks you and keeps you with great characters and supporting characters that is well written keeping you very entertained this is the one for you.
