About the author

Abhijit Tripathy, who turned 24 last May 2023, is the author of the book, "7 Startup Lessons to Build a Service-Based Startup, while in School". As a young entrepreneur and an Engineer by profession, he has a solid technical background, which has likely played a crucial role in his entrepreneurial journey.

The author owns Presear Softwares PVT LTD, a software company which has software suites in 7+ sectors including agriculture, healthcare, e-commerce etc. He also holds the role of Senior Business Executive at Australian AI & Blockchain startup Prodigal AI.

His experiences as an entrepreneur have given him valuable insights into the world of startups, particularly in the service-based industry. He has likely faced the challenges and triumphs that come with starting and growing a business, and through these experiences, he has learned important lessons that he is now sharing in this book.

The author has a solid academic background, where he has managed to become the overall Gold Medalist of the entire central university majoring in Computer Science and Engineering. He has a strong research interest in several sectors including business process management, algorithmic designs, system development and hybrid software development. In his initial days, the author has proved his presence in the Open Source Software community by contributing to the Python Software Foundation and Python Packaging Index (pip).
