Unfinished Witchness by Ada Bell is a cozy mystery that will keep you guessing and laughing through the book. I loved it! I loved the way Emma acted and everything about her. This is a character that I really enjoyed reading about. I won't talk about the plot - you can read that in the synopsis of the book. I will say that the plot and characters are well developed. You can try to figure out who committed the crime, but you will probably be wrong. I was shocked!

I found this to be a fantastic and delightful cozy mystery read. I was addicted from the beginning… who wouldn't love a grandpa ghost named Walter… a snarky familiar named Pink… and trying to solved a murder at your own bed and breakfast!! Not to mention a sexy next door neighbor arch nemesis son… as a suitor!! Between staff not getting along, being new in town Emma has her hands as well as her plate full!! The twists and plots had me guessing… And yes I was surprised!!😲😉 I received this as an ARC and leaving my review voluntarily.

"New magic, new job, new friends, new life." Emma has inherited her grandfather's estate, along with magical abilities.Determined to use her inheritance for good, she begins working on converting the old place into a B+B. But she can't cook, so she sets out to hire one. With two applicants she interviews them both. Martha barges in and Josie is exactly the opposite. Emma offers Josie a job and a place to stay. She then hires Martha as the cook. And finds Martha dead in the kitchen. She'd been strangled with an apron. Then the cops arrest Josie for the murder. Of course she didn't do it and the rest of the storyline has Emma trying to find out who actually did. I had read and reviewed the second book in the series before this one so I'd been introduced to Emma, grandfather Walter the ghost, and Pink: the snarky familiar cat. This first book filled in the blanks so to speak. Can Ada Bell keep up the good work? We're just getting started! Highly Recommended 5/5
