प्रणय जब घर से निकला था तो उसे इस बात का आभास तक न था कि आज उसे कोई ऐसा मिल जायेगा जिसे वो अपना दिल दे बैठेगा| दिल दे बैठने के साथ वो उस चेहरे का मुरीद भी हो गया था| यहाँ तक कि प्रणय उस लड़की का नाम तक न जानता था| हद तो तब हो गयी जब वो बिना उस लड़की का नाम जाने उसे प्रपोज करने निकल पड़ा| प्रपोज कर भी दिया|
लेकिन... बाद में पता चला उस लड़की का नाम अंकिता है और उसे प्रणय से कोई लगाव नहीं है| हर रोज़ चार लड़के उसे प्रपोज करने आते थे| लेकिन कहानी यहीं ख़त्म नहीं होनी थी| ज़िन्दगी बहुत लम्बी थी और प्रेम का अपार समन्दर प्रणव के अंदर हिलोरें मार रहा था|
