The present book entitled Advances in Parasitology-Protozoology & Helminthology is an academic book designed for all U.G & P.G levels in all Indian Universities. This book almost covers all the aspects of the parasities including geographical distribution, morphology, life cycle & prevention and treatment. Also covers the general parasitological aspects from protozoology and helminthology. Various protozoans, cestodes, Trematode & Nematodes infecting parasites to human as well as animal is broadly elaborated. One separate chapter is included about the larval forms in various helminthes and pattern of its life cycle. Hence this is basic and essential books for faculty of science.

Dr. Vijay Digambar Suryawanshi having qualification MSc, MPhil, Ph.D. He is presently working as an assistant Professor, in Sant Ramdas Arts, Commerce & Science College Ghansawangi, Dist- Jalna in the P.G. Department of Zoology affiliated to the Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra (India) since 2009. He was awarded FIP (UGC) to complete their research leading to Ph.D. degree in 2014. He is published 24 research paper in various National and International reputed journals. He was actively participated in more than 20 National and International Conferences, Seminar and symposia held by various competent authorities. He was also awarded “Best Research Fellow” by the International Association of Science Impact, Pune (IASI) in 2014. He was published his theses in the form of book by the Lambert academic publication, America in 2019.He is life member of International Society of Fluoride Research, (ISFR) Newzeland and International Society of Infectious Disease (ISID).
