This is the first science fiction short story released by Philip Warnes, a Melbourne Australia based geo-scientist who is more well known for his RPG world publications or war war two naval wargaming efforts. The story is inspired by Wellington, New Zealand, where he originally grew up and was resident in the region until the early 21st century.
