Sabha by the Minister of Electronics and Information Technology, Mr. Ravi

Shankar Prasad, on December 11, 2019. The right to privacy has been recently

recognized as a fundamental right emerging primarily from Article 21 of the

Constitution, in Justice K.S. Puttaswamy (Retd.) v. Union of India. The Book

explains the applicability of relevant para of Puttasawamy Judgment in Personal

data Protection Bill 2019 .

The book is very descriptive in nature with very detail about the puttaswamy judgement..Most importantly the language is very convenient to understand and book gives a deep vision of the above normal understanding.
