This is the sequel to "Lightlark". It was just as much of an adventurous rollercoaster of emotions as the first book and I didn't want to put this one down either! I will always be Team Grim, the heart wants what the Heart wants 🫣 I don't want to give away any spoilers because it was an incredible experience to "watch" it all unfold and wouldn't want to ruin that for anyone else. It leaves off feeling like MAYBE there will be another 🤞, but I could also be satisfied with how it ended as well. It was SO hard reading this series with no one in my personal life to geek and gush with because I didn't want to spoil anything for my husband and he was taking his sweet time choosing it to listen to 😒 My overall ratings for enjoyment, romance, and spice are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/💖💖💖💖/🌶️🌶️🌶️

This is an amazing story. You definitely need to read the first book to understand the second. I absolutely loved this story. The characters are so rich and inviting. They have such intriguing depths. I love watching them explore their facets and grow. The world building is insane! I absolutely love all the different pieces that come together in this story. The plot was so intricate and very complex. I love the way that the author handles the flow of information. Absolutely loved this book.

I haven't been able to sit down and read a book for a while. When I tell you I couldn't put these down!!!! Girl!!! I started book 1 and finished book 2 in three days. Every chapter I read I had to find out what was next, it was just too good. The ending broke my heart 😭 I need book 3 to come out ASAP
