This book is so good! No spoilers here though. Ida Jane and Maxim certainly do have sizzling chemistry, a lot of miscommunication due to language barriers, a bunch of wonderful supporting characters, and a really great story about how they struggle to find their happy ever after. It's the perfect addition to an already amazing series!

Maxim and Ida Jane’s story had me in my happy place as I read it. There is such a wonderful blend of emotion, heart, steam and humor that flows throughout the book that you are quickly invested and all up in your feels. Both characters are easy to like and like them I did, so much. They each have their issues and that created a very balanced playing field for their feelings and relationship to grow and evolve. This is my impartial, independent review.

Alexa Padgett has another hit novel in this series. It pulls you into the story line from the beginning. Maxim is interested in Ada Jane from the beginning. He wants to protect her from her ex-boyfriend. I did not want to stop reading. Great series.
